1. Have a budget in mind before beginning. We’ll sit down with you and set out the project parameters, discuss the materials you’re interested in, and any site-specific complexities at your location.
2. Our first design session is actually done in the consultation with you! We’ll show you some standard ‘off the shelf’ equipment, then create a basic design. Once we have something everyone agrees on, we’ll visit the site before preparing initial costs for you.
3. Our drafting team will draw up a detailed schematic of the playground, which we will present to you along with costings that align with your budget.
4. Once you have approved the plans and paid the deposit, we will agree on a start date for the project, as well as finalise any details about materials, colours and other elements.
5. After your bespoke playground is completed, we will meet you on-site for a final inspection. We will also hand over a maintenance schedule–keep in mind all our play equipment comes with a 20-year warranty.
